TV and radio presenter Carol Vorderman is famed for her maths skills, piloting a plane and also her amazing fitness regime. Now the Welsh celebrity has shared how she gets in shape - joking that she gets fit by using 'instruments of torture' at the gym with her personal trainer in a virtual workout session.
The BBC Radio Wales DJ took part in the Easter Monday training sesh with her trainer, Mel Deane, who has also coached Katherine Jenkins, Jamie Dornan and Kirsty Gallacher, and while she loved her workout she was not too complimentary about the equipment she was using during her gym time.
She wrote: "Online early gym sesh with @meldeane12 Making it work from Bristol. Using @the.gymset gym.....love it. Back later for another sesh."

Fans had a sneak peek into Carol's workout regime with the 62-year-old lifting weights before setting off for a coffee date. However, Carol did vow to return to the gym the same day, which possibly explains how she keeps in shape.
Mel is a former professional rugby player for Ireland and Richmond, Harlequins and is also a qualified rugby and athletics coach and now is a fitness coach who tailors their clients' programmes to what they need.
Carol is about to appear on the new series of I'm a Celebrity South Africa on ITV which sees former campmates revisit the jungle challenge and Carol's training regime is sure to help her perform well. You can see more on that show, here.
