Carol Vorderman has proved that she can be stylish and care for the planet at the same time as she stunned in a recycled dress at the Pride of Britain Awards 2022.
The Countdown Queen, 61, wore two dresses to the star-studded event, including one show-stopping gown that she had previously rocked to the awards back in 2018.
It wasn't just Carol who opted for pre-loved outfits however, as her co-host for the evening, Ashley Banjo, was also wearing second-hand threads.
Carol's first gown, which she stepped out onto the red carpet in, showed off her incredible figure.
The fire red gown featured a dramatic chiffon train, while the second number boasted sharp shoulders and nipped her in at the waist was a little red belt with a rectangular buckle.
Her nails were a brilliant white, which teamed with the red dress were a potential nod to The Daily Mirror's colours.
Taking to Instagram she told fans: "In the spirit of hand me downs and sustainability... @ashleybanjogram and I are wearing beautiful outfits for this year's Pride of Britain which we’ve worn previously.
"Ash is wearing the suit he wore as best man at @jordbanjo wedding earlier this year and I’m wearing a stunning gown which I wore on stage for POB in 2018."
Describing the frock, she said: "The dress is a lovely silk and it’s been a great, sustainable process. P.s… they’re NOT real gems around the waist....ha ha @prideofbritain."
In a reel she starts off wearing a pair of black leggings and a white t-shirt before she spins into the stunning brown silk dress with a diamante trim.
Speaking about their outfits, she said: “We’re doing things a little bit differently this year, we’ve been working hard to make the whole event as green as we can.

"As part of that, for my red carpet and on-stage outfits, I’m wearing two dresses that I have worn before, so we’ve upcycled two of the amazing dresses that have been made for me.”
