Carol Vorderman has been keeping fans updated as she returns to the gym. During her latest workout she beamed as she posed in a white cropped top and electric blue leggings in snaps and video clips shared on her Instagram.
Carol looked incredible as she worked out with an exercise ball and weights. She showed off her rock hard abs in her figure-hugging top as fans marvelled at how the former Countdown presenter, 62, looks in such great shape, and she was hailed an 'inspiration.'
After her workout she sad, sounding out of breath but clearly pleased with herself: "That was a toughie. I forgot my hair bobble but happy days." She added: "Off to work now, BBC Radio Wales."

Last week Carol had some harsh words to say about herself for recently being too busy for a proper workout. But the praise came pouring in from fans as she shared pictures of herself on Instagram lifting weights in the gym and walking outside with dumbbells.
She looked sensational in a figure-hugging camel-coloured top and black leggings. Giving a shout-out to her personal trainer she wrote: "FIRST GYM SESH WITH @meldeane12." And she scolded: I haven't done a proper gym sesh for a few months. No excuses. Being busy isn't a good enough excuse, stupid woman."
Recently This Morning viewers were floored by her youthful appearance on the famous sofa. Carol stunned in leather-look pants with a black top.
One tweeted: "Can we take a moment to appreciate how good Carol Vorderman looks this woman just doesn’t age she has looked after herself well #thismorning." Another said: "Carol Kardashian."
Last summer she headed to Portugal to follow the guidance of Jason Vale, known as the Juice Master, who owns the juice retreat where she enjoyed a stay. She sent fans wild when she modeled a pair of skimpy denim shorts she hadn’t worn in years but put back on after "dropping over a dress size".
While sharing a fitness update she declared that she was raising her middle finger to age. "I call it my… Happy Bird Who’s Not Giving In To A Number Routine," she said.
