Carol Vorderman says she's on 'top of the world' in her quest for winter wellbeing after jetting off to Portugal for a health retreat.
The 61-year-old presenter was spotted soaking up the scenery sitting in skintight gym gear showing off her sensational curves after walking an epic 70 miles over the past week.
She completed her look with a pair of reflective sunglasses and had a baseball cap beside her to keep her shaded during her walk.
She told followers on Instagram :"Walked 70 Miles this week and now upped it to 12 miles a day....in my favourite trainers.
"Lots of spa baths and massages too....yessssssssss".
In another shot she positioned the camera to show of her slender form and sleek hair with her face obscured from view.
The self-confessed action woman - who has her own pilot licence - possibly sparked a surge in sales as she showed off her much loved and worn out trainers.
She added: "Thank you everyone for helping me out yesterday with links BUT stupid me by the time I got to the link to the identical trainers (many are similar) they'd all sold out..
"Anyway, I'll wait and try again. Maybe I should try to buy next time before I post and create a rush!!! Ha. I'm an idiot.
"Anyway off we go again."
The Countdown queen has previously shared her love of the outdoors with followers and opened up last month about how she was struggling due to a 'lack of exposure to the sun' - known as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
But she appears to be on top form and beamed back at the camera gushing about a return to her native Wales had proved the perfect antidote to boost her mood.
She said: "Hope you're well my lovelies. I feel like a new woman. I think I was suffering from that season affect disorder you know SAD, because of lack of light because it never got light during December.
"Anyway, a few days in Wales, boom! She's back."
