Carnival Corporation, the world's largest cruise company, earned a spot on the 10th annual Forbes America’s Best Large Employers list for 2025. Of the 701 U.S. companies honored on the list across 25 major industries, Carnival Corporation was the top-ranked cruise-specific company overall.
Presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., a leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider, America’s Best Large Employers were determined through an independent survey of over 217,000 U.S. employees working for companies with at least 5,000 people.

To help differentiate between organizations that consistently perform well from those that may only have had a single good year, the survey was conducted periodically over the previous three years, with more than 6.5 million employer evaluations considered.
Respondents were asked to give personal and public evaluations of their current and previous employers, as well as other employers in their respective industries, based on several key dimensions – including atmosphere and development, salary and wage, company image, diversity, working conditions, and workplace environment.

Carnival Corp. tops other cruise lines
Carnival came in at 365 on the Forbes list. Norwegian Cruise Line took the 424th spot on the list while Royal Caribbean was not on the list.
