Claudia Fogarty says her famous dad put a strict sex ban in place when she entered the Love Island villa.
Biking superstar Carl clearly wasn't looking forward to her going in - and told her exactly what he expects.
The 28-year-old says he gave her a clear warning and the I'm A Celebrity winner informed her that she could bring on a heart-attack if she didn't.
But he 'struggled' seeing her cry on the ITV2 dating show and was very glad to have her home.
In fact, it seems seeing his daughter upset on screen was harder than watching her be intimate.
Claudia says things got so bad that at one point he just had to turn the TV off.
"My dad told me not to sleep with anyone on TV and that was the one thing he said, as long as I didn't embarrass myself or do anything like that, where they could see me being intimate, then he wasn't against me doing it," she told MailOnline.
"He struggled with me being in the villa to be honest and my mum told me that he really missed me, and he struggled more than he thought he would.
"When he saw me crying and getting upset that really affected him - my dad isn't really an emotional person, and he doesn't open up a lot but me crying, he struggled to watch it."
Claudia confessed that she had to re-film her iconic villa entrance no fewer than four times after a clothing malfunction.
The wardrobe issues soon sending her anxiety skyrocketing and speaking on the Learning As I Go podcast, Claudia told show host Scott Thomas all about it.
"I had to do it four times because the wings fell off,” she laughed.
“The one thing I did not want to do, was walk in on that challenge,” she admitted.
“As said to my mum before I went in, please, I hope they don’t do this to me. And that morning, I was like ‘What do I need to wear?’ And they said, ‘oh don’t worry, we’ve got your outfit sorted’ so I knew what that meant and what I was doing.”
With the adrenaline pumping and the ongoing support from her fellow contestants, Claudia successfully managed to make her entrance in style, with many fans even arguing it was the best entrance in Love Island history.
“I did feel powerful when I did it,” the Islander admitted.
“It was an icebreaker! You’ve already done the most intense, awkward moment so after that I felt fine.”
