The Arizona Cardinals lost to the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday 26-9 to fall to 1-5. As a result, they have fallen again in the latest power rankings from Touchdown Wire’s Jarrett Bailey for Week 7.
They fell one spot from 28th to No. 29.
The Cardinals are that kid in pee-wee soccer practice who tries and tries and tries. Then when they finally score a goal, everyone is really happy.
They just can’t finish games.
They have been outscored 98-30 in the second half of games. The Rams outscored them 20-0. They have not scored more than eight second-half points in any game.
They are ahead of only the Broncos, Giants (who beat the Cardinals) and Panthers.
