The Arizona Cardinals were busy earlier in the week bringing in players for a look. They had several workouts and brought in a player for a visit.
According to Tuesday’s NFL transaction report, former Los Angeles Rams running back Darrell Henderson was in the facility for a visit.
There was no signing to announce, but the team did bring him in.
Henderson was recently released by the Rams, in his fourth season with the team.
In four seasons, the 5-8, 208-lb Henderson has averaged 4.4 yards per attempt and has 1,742 career rushing yards to go with 13 rushing touchdowns.
He has played in 50 games, starting 28 of them.
His most productive season was 2021. He had 688 rushing yards and five rushing touchdowns on 4.6 yards per attempt. He also caught 29 passes for 176 yards and three scores, giving him 864 total yards from scrimmage.
