The Arizona Cardinals announced the moves they made to get their roster down to 53 players. They released 18 players, placed one on injured reserve, waived four players with injury designations and agreed to injury settlements with two players.

- CB Jace Whittaker
- S James Wiggins
- DL Antwaun Woods
- ILB Chandler Wooten
The placed rookie OL Marquis Hayes on injured reserve, ending his season.
They waived these players with injury designations, which means that, if they are not claimed, they will revert to injured reserve.
