Tech recruitment company Conexus is opening offices in Cardiff and Barcelona after reporting 1200% year-on-year growth.
The firm is looking to expand its local and international presence with the new offices following its rapid growth.
The firm's new 6,000 sq ft Cardiff premises is at Anchor Court on East Tyndall Street and Ocean Way. It has undergone refurbishment following a £400,000 investment.
Conexus is now eyeing further growth, with plans to increase headcount in its Spanish team and open new Swiss and American offices by 2024. It plans to expand its global headcount to 100 by 2024.
The company was founded in January 2020 by Connor Wall with Dale Williams, Group CEO of Recolution Group (which includes Yolk Recruitment and City Executive Search).
Since then, it has seen exponential growth and increased its team from two to 27.
