Here's your round-up of all the latest Cardiff City headlines for Sunday, August 14.
Morison in no rush for new striker
Steve Morison has reiterated he won't rush into making any further signings this summer and has thrown his backing behind striker Max Watters following Saturday's 1-0 win over Birmingham City.
Watters enjoyed a strong run of form in pre-season but is yet to find the net in three league outings for the Bluebirds, and missed a particularly good opportunity just before half-time.

Morison has already brought Kion Etete on board this summer in a bid to strengthen his forward options, and Watters' perceived early struggles in finding the net have prompted some to question whether the Cardiff boss might well be in the market for another striker before the close of the month.
The Cardiff boss refused to rule out making a move for a more experienced forward option, but referenced comments made by Preston North End boss Ryan Lowe, who recently declared "I don't sign k*******s" when discussing his own club's approach to recruitment.
Indeed, Morison clearly felt compelled to come to the defence of Watters, who was withdrawn at half-time for Mark Harris due to illness.
"When you play as a forward, and I can tell you, I've played there hundreds of times, you worry when you're not getting chances," Morison said.
"If you're getting chances and don't put them in the back of the net, you dust down and you crack on. Max has been unbelievable today and he was because he nearly, nearly scored. If he had scored we'd all be waxing lyrical about him.
"That's the fine margins. If someone comes out of the woodwork that we want to sign, we'll sign them. I'm not going to sign anyone as Ryan Lowe said, anyone for the sake of signing, just because you guys [the media] and the people around think we need an experienced striker."
Romeo eyeing promotion push
Summer signing Mahlon Romeo says Cardiff City are already starting to believe they can compete at the top end of the Championship this season.
Romeo was one of the standout stars in the 1-0 win over Birmingham City on Saturday, a result that's marked a strong start to the season for Cardiff, who have taken two wins from their opening three games.
The 26-year-old is one of 15 players to have made the move to the capital this summer, but despite such a huge level of transition he insists expectations are high in the City dressing room.
"We want to do as well as we can," Romeo said.
"We have to keep playing well. Like Jam (fellow summer signing Jamilu Collins) said a few weeks ago, [the target is] promotion.
"But there are 50-odd games. It's only three games in. It's a long season, a marathon not a sprint. We have just got to keep level and keep improving."
Kipre hails Ng partnership
Cardiff City defender Cedric Kipre has hailed his flourishing partnership with colleague Perry Ng after producing another solid performance.
Kipre, another new arrival to Cardiff City Stadium this summer, has enjoyed a strong start to life with the Bluebirds, and believes playing alongside defensive colleague Perry Ng in Morison's back three has proved hugely valuable to helping him bed in.
"I get on very well with him, and I think we help each other a lot on the pitch," he told the club's official website. "We understand each other, and we know what we want from each other. Our relationship is great, and I hope we can keep it that way."
The West Bromwich Albion loanee has also been impressed by goalkeeper Ryan Allsop behind him in the sticks.
"Ryan helps us a lot, me and Perry," he added. "He's always talking to us, always wants to play as well. He's always passing the ball, and he's very good with his feet.
"I'm enjoying it a lot. Everyone has been great with me, the way they have welcomed me to the club. The city is nice as well. We've had two wins from three games, so I can only enjoy!"
Ikpeazu completes Turkey move
Former Cardiff City loanee Uche Ikpeazu has left the Championship for Turkish side Konyaspor.
The 27-year-old will join the club on a permanent basis, and leaves Middlesbrough after making 22 appearances for the club, netting three goals.
He spent the second half of last season loan with the Bluebirds, becoming something of a cult hero with the Canton End faithful after bagging three goals in 13 appearances.
However, Chris Wilder has clearly decided to explore other options, bringing in duo Marcus Forss and Matthew Hoppe, and is expected to add further depth to his stock of forwards before the end of the window.
