Here are your Cardiff City headlines for Thursday, June 1.
Darren Moore quizzed on McGuinness
Darren Moore has been quizzed on the possible return of Mark McGuinness to Sheffield Wednesday.
McGuinness, 22, was a huge part of the Owls' promotion success last term, having enjoyed a stellar half-season loan with the Hillsborough side before being recalled by Mark Hudson in January.
The Republic of Ireland youth international was a mainstay for the Bluebirds upon his return, helping them avoid relegation down to League One.

Now Wednesday have achieved promotion, there has been speculation that the Owls might move for McGuinness, who, despite having only a year left on his Bluebirds deal, would cost a pretty penny for the Yorkshire club, one suspects.
When quizzed on the possibility of bringing McGuinness back to S6, Moore told BBC Radio Sheffield: "Speaking truthfully, Mark is not somebody that we have spoken about at any great length. In terms of any of the players out there, there are none that we are talking (to) at the moment because I think it is essential that myself and the chairman get together first.
"It is how far we can go with the strategic plan that we have got and how aggressive we can go with that plan at this stage. Once we start getting those messages and answers, we can start putting that physical plan into action."
Sabri Lamouchi linked with new job
Reports in France have linked Sabri Lamouchi with a return to France to manage SM Caen.
The Frenchman was let go by Cardiff a fortnight ago after guiding the Championship club to safety, but Vincent Tan has decided to go another way and the Bluebirds are on the lookout for a new boss of their own.
Many believe Lamouchi did enough to earn another contract, however Tan always has the final say and he opted against keeping the 51-year-old on.
Caen are in the second tier of French football and play their final Ligue 2 match tomorrow, away to Pau, which is expected to be Stéphane Moulin's last game as manager.
And according to Malherbe Inside, Lamouchi is the hot favourite to take over the club in the north of France.
Quite where that would leave Sol Bamba, whose contract expires at Cardiff at the end of this month, is as yet unknown. Will he follow Lamouchi to his next gig? Or will he decide to stay on when Cardiff appoint a new boss? An intriguing sub-plot to all of this.
Former Aston Villa player and Red Star manager Habib Beye is also thought to be in the frame.
Garcia gatecrashes the odds
Spanish boss Oscar Garcia has flown into third favourite on the bookmakers' odds list after it was revealed he is on the Bluebirds' short list of managers.
Cardiff spoke to Garcia before Swansea City, who are also thought to be keen, registered their interest with him, we understand, and he was on the Bluebirds' initial longlist when they first began the hunt for Sabri Lamouchi's successor. Garcia has since been placed high up on the short list for the job in the Welsh capital.
However, it must be stressed, he is not the only name on that list at time of writing.
Nevertheless, a fresh name has entered the reckoning and the punters have flocked to the bookmakers as a result. Garcia is now just 5/2 and is second favourite behind only Nathan Jones.
Here are the latest odds as things stand...
Nathan Jones 2/1
Oscar Garcia 5/2
Sol Bamba 3/1
Steve Morison 5/1
Alexander Blessin 9/1
Osian Roberts 20/1
Slavisa Jokanovic 22/1
Chris Wilder 25/1
Dean Whitehead 25/1
Lee Bowyer 25/1

Under-19s called up to Wales squad
Five budding Cardiff City youngsters have been called up to Wales' under-19s squad for their upcoming friendlies this month.
Rob Edwards has named a 22-player squad to take on Sweden in a double header on June 15 and June 18 as they prepare for their upcoming under-19s Euro qualifying campaign next term.
City quintet Will Spiers, Cole Fleming, Tanatswa Nyakuhwa, Japhet Matondo and Isaac Jefferies have all been selected for the squad.
Each have been standouts in their own right for Cardiff's youth teams this season, with all of them having featured for Darren Purse's under-21s. Jefferies, in particular, has been a regular despite turning 18 only last month.
Nyakuhwa is also seen as a player with some potential, having scored in the 2-2 draw with Scotland for Wales back in March. He also bagged a bucketful of goals, 18 according to Youthhawk, for Cardiff under-18s this term. Matondo scored seven, Fleming five and Spiers, despite being a defender, netted four times.
Elsewhere, Callum O'Dowda has been called up by the Republic of Ireland. Stephen Kenny's side face Greece and Gibraltar this month. Still there is no sign of Callum Robinson, who has been out injured since February.
