Just when you think you’ve seen it all, you drive past a caravan seemingly being towed by a mobility scooter on the streets of Cardiff. That’s what happened over the Easter weekend for one group as they drove through the Ely area of the Welsh capital. A video has been shared thousands of times on social media of a large white caravan being hooked up to a blue mobility scooter - with some difficulty it seems, as two men are seen trying to successfully make sure the towing goes off without a hitch.
The disbelief felt by the people driving past can be heard in their reaction, as one man says: “What the f*** like!”, before adding: “Only in Ely.” The video has received a huge reaction online, with people calling it “hilarious” on Facebook and saying that the footage left them “creased”. One poster said that it was just “another day in TOWIE (The Only Way is Ely)."
It's not the first time such an incident has been captured on camera in Wales. Last year, a mobility scooter was spotted towing a caravan through the streets of Rhyl.
