A caravan park on the Lincolnshire coast near Skegness is on the market for £2.85 million.
Roses Caravan Park, in the East Lindsey village of Anderby Creek, has 83 static caravans on site as well as a handful of accommodation units.
According to the details from agent Avison Young, it is a well-established site, a short walk from a “long stretch of unspoilt sandy beach” 10 miles north of Skegness and seven miles down the coast from Mablethorpe.
It has planning permission in place for up to 84 holiday caravans occupied from March 1 to October 31, and the 2022 pitch fees are £2,140. According to the agents, the site has a total pitch fee income of more than £186,000.
