Cara Delevingne's sister 'rushes to her side' amid fears for the supermodel's health

Cara Delevingne 's sister Poppy has reportedly "rushed to her side" amid growing concern for the supermodel following her worrying behaviour in recent weeks.

30-year-old Cara has sparked concern following a series of bizarre incidents, including being pictured at Van Nuys Airport while sitting on a bench shoeless with dishevelled hair as she smoked a cigarette.

Poppy, 36, lives in London but was seen leaving Cara's home in Los Angeles on Friday night. She was then spotted on Saturday at a skin care studio in West Hollywood.

Poppy is said to have told reporters that her sister was "doing fine" after being asked about the model's wellbeing.

The Mirror has contacted Cara's representatives for comment.

It comes after Cara's loved ones were reportedly planning an intervention to encourage the actress to get help.

"We are all incredibly concerned. The situation has been building for a few weeks now, and Cara's family is involved.

"There is talk of staging some kind of intervention and making sure Cara gets the help she may well need," a family friend told The Sun.

They added: "She has been burning the candle at both ends of late, and it's clearly taking its toll.

"The consensus is that she needs a few weeks of total rest — no booze, no partying and, crucially, some healthy, hot meals inside her.

"Cara’s an incredibly bright, switched-on girl — but even she needs a guiding hand sometimes, There has been some talk of getting her into a retreat of some kind for a detox and some R&R."

The star has previously spoken candidly about her battle with anxiety and depression, saying she was severely depressed when she was 15 after struggling at school due to her dyspraxia.

Cara's recently behaviour has also left fans increasingly concerned.

The catwalk star was seen fussing over Megan Thee Stallion as she posed on the red carpet at the Billboard Music Awards in May. Fans claimed Megan looked "uncomfortable" throughout the evening.

Cara later said she was simply "living her best life".

In July, Cara sparked concern again as she appeared to be constantly fidgeting during her appearance on Live With Kelly And Ryan. She kept rubbing her hands together during the interview with hosts Kelly Pipa and Ryan Seacrest.

But, the Suicide Squad actress continued to enjoy life as she joined A-list pals on a yacht trip to celebrate her 30th birthday in August.
