Police were scrambled to a Scottish road after one of the cars an HGV was carrying somehow broke free and toppled onto its roof.
Images from the scene show a heavily damaged car on the Fife street after it fell from the top of the low loader, as Police Scotland were called to the incident in the town of Cardenden on Wednesday, July 6.
Officers snapped pictures of the blue car on its side having fallen from the lorry, lying metres away from the vehicle on which it was being transported, with traffic backed up after the incident blocked part of the road.

The car appeared to have suffered significant damage, although it is unclear if this occurred after the crash or before it was picked up for transportation. The passenger window on the left hand side of the car is also missing.
The low loader is parked up on the side of the road with the two remaining vehicles stationary on top. Police confirmed that the driver of the truck was reported to the Crown Prosecution Service following the incident.
Another image posted by the police show the straps that were carrying the vehicle looking worn and frayed. They added that no other motors had been near or behind the heavy goods vehicle while it was in transit, but warned that if they were, "things could have been much worse".
The Traffic Commissioner was notified of the event, too.
