An investigation has now been launched by officers with police appealing for anyone with information into the incident to come forward.

Bonzo, also known as Steven Peebles, suffered severe facial wounds after being attacked with a machete after a car chase in May 2017. It came after a wave of violence between the Lyons and Daniel families the previous December.
The Bishopbriggs property was under police guard during the attempted murder trial of those behind the attack on his life. He later tried to sell the home in 2019, but it was reported that the purchase had fallen through.
