Residents have been left stunned after a car went up in flames in Fife.
Firefighters have been tackling the inferno on the Main Street of Oakley near Dunfermline after they were alerted at 9.40pm tonight.
Crews will remain on the scene as they try to put out the blaze which was reported earlier on Wednesday night.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue service spokesperson said: "We were alerted to reports of a car on fire on the main road of Oakley at 9.40pm this evening.
"One appliance is currently on the scene to extinguish the fire."
