A car flipped onto it's roof on a busy Scots road before the driver failed an eyesight test. Emergency services raced to the A1 near the junction with Newcraighall Road in Edinburgh shortly after 12.05pm on Tuesday, July 27.
Officers attended before discovering the careless driver could only read a registration plate from an astonishingly short 3.05m. The legal requirement is 20m.
Thankfully, the driver was remarkably uninjured by the crash. Cops seized their license before reporting them to the DVLA.
Cops quickly closed the road off following the incident but it was reopened soon after.
