Emergency services raced to a Kirkclady street this morning after a car flipped onto its roof following a crash.
Cops were alerted to the to the collision on Standing Stane Road at around 11am.
It is understood only one car was involved.
Locals reported seeing the flipped car on a nearby field as two males escaped the wreckage.
Paramedics attended and the male driver and passenger were taken to a nearby hospital.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers were called to a single car crash on Standing Stane Road, Kirkcaldy around 11am on Wednesday, 25 May, 2022.
"Two men have been taken to hospital as a precaution."
