Captain Conby has recovered from a fall at Aintree today and will be going home after being checked over.
The five-year-old fell two from home in the 2:25pm Betway Mersey Novices' Hurdle on Saturday - a race after which Elle Est Belle died having collapsed on the run to the line.
The Eamon Sheehy-trained Captain Conby underwent treatment on the course before going back to the stables for further veterinary assessment.

The horse, ridden by Kevin Sexton, is reported as being fine and will be returning home having been checked over.
Three Stripe life ridden by Davy Russell won the race, while Might I finished third and North Lodge was third. It was the second race of the day ahead of the Grand National at 5:15pm.
The Dan Skelton-trained Elle Est Belle, ridden by Harry Skelton, collapsed due to a suspected heart attack when finishing fourth and a green tent was erected around the six-year-old before it was confirmed the horse sadly had to be put down.
It comes after Solwara One died following the 1:45pm race at Aintree on Friday.
