Vice President Kamala Harris has picked Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz to be her running mate in the 2024 presidential race.
Walz has been governor of Minnesota since 2019. In 2006, he was elected to represent the North Star State’s 1st District in the House, where he served for 12 years. Here are photos from Roll Call’s archives of Walz’s tenure on Capitol Hill.
