Capitol Lens | Juneteenth on the Maryland campaign trail - Roll Call

The annual Scotland Juneteenth Heritage Festival, which celebrates the historic Black communities of Montgomery County, took place in Cabin John Regional Park in Bethesda, Md., on Wednesday.
