Lollipops laced with cannabis were being sold at a convenience store for 40p each.
Police raided the shop on Market Street in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire, last April, where they seized the drug-laced sweets.
The Pure Cannabis Lollipops with hemp oil and bubblegum were advertised with cannabis weed leaves on the box and deep green packaging around the lollies.
The box had images of bongs and mushrooms on it along with a picture of a spliff which smoked the words 'smokers choice'.
The lollies were found to contain THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol), a derivative of cannabis.
Shopkeeper Gulal Shamalzi was found guilty of possessing cannabis with intent to supply after a box of cannabis lollipops was found in a convenience store.
He admitted the offence in Peterborough Magistrates' Court earlier this week.
The 26-year-old was handed a 12-month community order with mental health treatment and 12 days of rehabilitation.
He was also ordered to do 100 unpaid community service. The lollies were destroyed.
PC Gary Stabler said: "This investigation highlights our commitment to listening to the community's concerns and following up on information we receive.
"Cannabis edibles can be dangerous, and with bright packaging, they can be particularly appealing to children and young people.
"We take all offences involving drugs very seriously and would urge people to continue reporting information to us."
