Arsenal fans have been sent into meltdown after The Athletic reported that defender William Saliba will miss Wednesday's potential Premier League title decider against Manchester City.
Saliba has missed the best part of six weeks following a lower back injury that forced him off against Sporting CP last month. In the French international's absence, the north Londoners have begun to leak goals - failing to keep a single clean sheet in any of their five Premier League fixtures.
In fact, they have drawn each of their last three matches, conceding seven times in the process - a number that reads even more disappointing when you consider that three of those came against 20th-placed Southampton. Following the aforementioned report claiming the 22-year-old will miss the trip to the Etihad Stadium in two days' time, Gunners supporters took to social media to voice their anguish.
