West Ham return to action on Sunday, April 2 when they host bottom side Southampton, the start of David Moyes’ side’s final 12 games of the Premier League season.

The Hammers’ bottom nine rivals include Saints, Everton, Leeds United, Nottingham Forest, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Leicester, Bournemouth and Crystal Palace.
