A campaign has been launched to get an explicit song about Boris Johnson to number one in time for Christmas – and there are ten different versions.
The latest version of the tune to hit social media was made by comedy duo Cassetteboy, who created a clip featuring snippets of the prime minister’s speeches stitched together.
Hilarious speech mash-ups include the lines: “It’s my party and I’ll lie if I want to”, and: “When God gave brains and personality I wasn’t near the front, a bet on Boris ballsing up is always worth a punt”.
The clip also includes the claim that the only things “levelling up” are Covid and inflation.
The song’s crescendo sees “he’s still a c***” sang out repeatedly to the tune of the Addams Family theme song.

New! For 15 years we had a rule not to swear by shortening the word "country". Two men made us break that rule, @kuntandthegang and @BorisJohnson

The song has certainly struck a chord, with one Twitter user asking if this could be the UK’s Eurovision entry next year:
Any chance of this going to Eurovision for 🇬🇧 please?

Could this potentially mean a break in the sausage roll-themed Christmas number ones we’ve had for the past three years?
