Camilo's Mini Album 'Dos' Is a Latin Masterpiece with Vallenato, Pambiche and Salsa Featuring Carin León

MIAMI - Colombian artist Camilo has once again showcased his creativity and musical versatility with his latest release, 'dos,' confirming his status as one of the most prominent singer-songwriters and producers of his generation.

In this exciting second release of the year, Camilo presents three self-produced tracks that highlight pambiche, salsa, and vallenato, all infused with his unique musical signature. Love, in all its stages, remains the central theme for the six-time Latin Grammy winner and four-time Grammy nominee. 'dos' takes listeners on an emotional journey, blending invigorating rhythms with the power to not only entertain but also offer therapeutic benefits. This is the magic of Camilo's artistry.

The album begins with "Autodiagnóstico," a pambiche track written by Camilo, exploring the pain of unrequited love. It delves into the struggles of trying to erase feelings, the fear of accepting that a cherished dream may never come to fruition.

Next is "En Tus Sueños y En Los Míos," a tribute to vallenato, co-written by Camilo and Edgar Barrera. This song narrates the excitement and uncertainty of new love, the journey of two individuals exploring their feelings for each other.

The album concludes with "Una Vida Pasada," the main track of 'Dos' featuring Carin León. Written by Camilo and Juan David Muñoz Aviles, this is the first time the acclaimed Mexican singer-songwriter joins Camilo in a salsa song. Their collaboration is extraordinary, not just for their harmonious blend of voices in a new genre, but also for its lyrics about an indelible connection between two people whose love may have ended but whose bond remains unbreakable.

Accompanying the release are music videos directed by Evaluna and Cristian Saumeth, filmed at El Taller Creativo, a space designed by Camilo for his creative projects. These videos are available on the artist's official YouTube channel.

This album follows the success of 'un,' released on February 7th, which went viral with hits like "Gordo", "No Se Vale", and "PLIS" featuring Evaluna. These tracks have generated over a million TikTok creations and more than 57 million combined streams across digital platforms.

In addition to this thrilling release, Camilo is set to embark on his international "Nuestro Lugar Feliz Tour," kicking off on June 8th in Europe and moving to major U.S. cities in September. This tour includes a landmark concert at the famous Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

Camilo's 'Dos' is more than an album; it's a celebration of Latin music's rich diversity, a testament to Camilo's extraordinary talent and his ability to connect with audiences worldwide through the universal language of music. As he prepares for his upcoming tour and continues to dominate digital platforms, Camilo remains a defining voice in contemporary Latin music, one that resonates deeply with fans across the globe.
