Cameron Carter-Vickers has revealed his knee is "as good as it can be" as he begins his rehab from surgery.
The defender - out for the rest of the season - is currently sidelined after going under the knife to correct a knee injury.
But Carter-Vickers, 25, has opened up on his rehab and offered a "positive" update - even if there is no timeline in place for his return.
Speaking to broadcaster CBS, Carter-Vickers said: "The knee is as good as it can be, I got surgery last week.
"I’m just rehabbing from that and it’s still early days so it’s hard to put a timeline on it at the moment.
"But I’m positive about it and I’m sure I’ll be back as soon as possible."
Ange Postecoglou confirmed Carter-Vickers season was over after the win over Rangers at Hampden last month.
The Celtic boss explained: "That's Cameron Carter-Vickers last game of the year.
"He's been carrying an injury for I don't know how long.
"We'll put him out to pasture for a little bit now."
After the win over Hearts to seal the title, Carter-Vickers said of the league triumph: "It was great (to see the hard work come to fruition). It was a tough game like it always is when we come here but we have built our season on coming to places like this and getting results.
"We always try to improve and we are concentrating on improving. The manager makes sure of that. Next season we are coming back and trying to improve again.
"There is always room to improve.
