Ange Postecoglou has delivered an injury update on Cameron Carter-Vickers ahead of tomorrow night's Champions League showdown with RB Leipzig.
The USA international has been a key player in the Hoops' backline since his initial arrival on loan from Tottenham last season before the deal was made permanent to keep him at Parkhead long-term. He has been a consistent first choice but injury ruled him out of the defeat at St Mirren before the international break and the match with Motherwell.
He also had to pull out of the USA national team squad but Postecoglou is hopeful he could be back in contention for the clash at the Red Bull Arena as he provided an injury state of play on his squad after the Premiership action at the weekend.

Addressing the players he has available for Wednesday, he told Celtic TV: "Everybody got through the weekend's game really well from a physical standpoint which is important.
"(I'm) still sort of waiting on Cameron [Carter-Vickers] to see how he is.
"And obviously Carl [Starfelt] misses out but apart from that everybody is in good shape physically."
Celtic returned to winning ways domestically with a narrow 2-1 win over the Steelmen.
In Europe they are out to grab a first win and get their bid to reach the Champions League knockout stages up and running. They've so far picked up one point from two games against Real Madrid and Shakhtar Donetsk.
