Billy Campbell has announced he has resigned as co-boss of Cambuslang Rangers.
The Somervell Park side are preparing for the 2023/24 West of Scotland First Division campaign after they were relegated from the top flight last term.
But they will do so without Campbell, who has decided to step down due to work committments after a two-year spell by the side of the now sole gaffer Paul McColl.
McColl has been in sole charge at the club before, from 2015-2019, and will lead their charge to return to the Premier Division this season.
Campbell and McColl enjoyed huge success in the First Division in the 2021/22 campaign, when the club crusied to what was then named the West of Scotland League Conference before a restructure at the start of last season.
It was Campbell's third spell with the club.
In a statement released to Lanarkshire Live Sport, Campbell said: "Unfortunately I have had to make the difficult decision to step down from my job as co-manager at Cambuslang Rangers.
"I have recently had a change of job and I will struggle to make training during the week now.
"In this job, you need to at training every session as well as a Saturday to make it work and form a relationship with the players, and I just wouldn't be able to commit to this now.
"I want to thank everyone at the club for their help and support and the opportunity to be part of this great club.
"I was there on three seperate occasions and was lucky enough to be involved in some great times, with league wins and promotions.
"I want to thank the fans for their fantastic support throughout my time at the club.
"A special tahnks to Paul for the work we did together and I wish him all the success he deserves with the new team. We will continue to be in touch.
"I know I've made many new friends during my times at the club and want to say thanks, and wish everybody success going forward.
"I will certainly be keeping in touch."
