Cam Taylor-Britt’s bulletin-board material gets a reply from Commanders coach

Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt gave the Washington Commanders some serious bulletin board material before the Week 3 encounter on primetime.

Taylor-Britt, discussing the Jayden Daniels-led offense drawn up by coordinator Kliff Kingsbury, threw out some true-but-mean comments out about what the Commanders ask the rookie passer to do.

Before kickoff, Kingsbury responded to Taylor-Britt through reporters who asked him if he heard the comments: “I did not, but yeah, I mean he’s entitled his opinion.”

So that settles that.

Kingsbury was never going to give much of a reply here because…why would he? The Commanders will be more than content to settle this on the field — after making sure every single player in the locker room uses the comment as motivation.

Luckily for CTB, he talked some trash before last week’s game against the Chiefs, then backed it up with one of the best interceptions of the season. So far, his elite play has him ascending league rankings, too.
