This week, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett went on the “Not Just Football” podcast hosted by teammate Cam Heyward. They went over a ton of topics related to the upcoming season but that was not our favorite part of the show.
Early on, Heyward was giving Pickett some grief about his nickname asking Pickett what he should be called. Pickett told Heyward he was the boss and he could call him whatever he wanted. Heyward then fired back without a moment of hesitation and said “What if I called you Burger King hands?’ Absolutely savage.
Pickett did go on to say if Heyward can get him that marketing deal with Burger King, he’s good with the nickname. In case you missed the joke, Pickett took a lot of pre-draft criticism for the size of his hands and there’s a fairly famous Burger King commercial about tiny hands.
