Callum McGregor has dealt Celtic a huge injury blow as he adds to the Hoops' mounting injury problems.
The club captain went down in their Champions League Group F match with RB Leipzig as he chased Christopher Nkunku before the Frenchman put his side 1-0 up at the Red Bull Arena. Medics did treat him and the Celtic skipper opted to carry on but a decision has now been taken to haul him off.
He's suspended for the weekend's Premiership match against St Johnstone but it will be a huge concern for manager Ange Postecoglou, who is already missing starting centre-back duo Cameron Carter-Vickers and Carl Starfelt through injury. There's also been concerns over Aaron Mooy and fellow midfielder David Turnbull was not in the squad for this one, meaning it's a big night for Oliver Abildgaard, who's appeared for one minute since his deadline day move from Rubin Kazan.

McGregor's suspension for St Johnstone came after a last-man challenge on Ross Tierney during Saturday's match with Motherwell.
They will hope he is fit for next week's return clash when RB Leipzig come to Parkhead in what will be another key European game.
A demanding run of fixtures has only just started for Celtic and they have 11 more to go between now and November's break for the World Cup.
