Call of Duty

The highly anticipated Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 beta is set to kick off soon, offering players a sneak peek into Treyarch's upcoming shooter. The first Early Access Beta will be available to those who pre-ordered the game on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Game Pass subscribers.

Weekend 1 Beta Schedule

The Weekend 1 beta will commence on Friday, August 30th at 10am PT / 7am ET and will run until Wednesday, September 4th at 10am PT / 7am ET. Please note that these timings are subject to change.

Download Sizes and Preloading

Players who already have Call Of Duty HQ installed will have a smaller beta download size, which will be included as a required update. For those who do not have it installed, it will be necessary to install it. The download size varies depending on the existing installation.

Gameplay Features

The beta will introduce a range of Operators, weapons, lethals, tacticals, Scorestreaks, and more. During the first weekend, players will have a level cap of 20, which will increase to 30 in Weekend 2. Six maps will be available initially, with additional maps and game modes being added in Weekend 2.

Game Modes and Maps

Players can expect classic core modes along with new variations like Kill Order, a Bounty mode where teams hunt down High Value Targets. The beta will feature a total of 12 Core 6v6 maps at launch, as well as 4 smaller Strike maps for Face Off and Gunfight. More maps and modes will be released seasonally post-launch, including the iconic Nuketown.

Weekend 2 Preview

Weekend 2 will bring two more maps, Gunfight mode, and additional content to the beta, running from September 6th to 9th. Players can earn special beta rewards by participating in the beta weekends.
