Chicago Bears fans: obviously, you have to give Caleb Williams some time.
In just two NFL games, the No. 1 overall pick of the 2024 Draft has looked … not great.
He tossed two interceptions against the Houston Texans in a 19-13 loss on Sunday night, has yet to throw a touchdown and he got sacked seven times for a season-total of nine. Yikes.
And as folks noted on Sunday, there was a shot from NBC cameras that captured him looking exasperated on the bench … and it really resembled a face made by his predecessor, Justin Fields.
Read into that what you will. Here you go:
Justin Fields and Caleb Williams on the sideline reaction side by side. As my earlier tweet of Caleb on the sideline said. Seen his reaction before. Same uniforms pic.twitter.com/e5sHxRpA15

Caleb Williams having the worst net yards for a QB in the last 10 years thru weeks 1/2, all whilst the Steelers are 2-0 with Justin Fields is outstanding work.
