Veteran free agent defensive lineman Calais Campbell is scheduled to visit the Bills and Jets this week, according to Tiffany Blackmon of 92.9 The Game in Atlanta. Campbell reportedly has visited with the Falcons and Jaguars this offseason.
Campbell has played 15 NFL seasons with the Cardinals, Jaguars and Ravens, earning six Pro Bowl nods. He also won the NFL’s Walter Payton Man of the Year award in 2019.
The Ravens released Campbell at the start of the offseason after three seasons with the team, but Campbell maintains he wants to play at least one more year before retiring. Last season, he recorded 34 tackles and 5 1/2 sacks at age 36.
Despite being on the back end of his career, Campbell still provides durability. He has played in at least 12 games during every season of his career, including a total of 29 games over the past two years.
