Caitlyn Jenner's mum has hit out at the latest reality TV show by the Kardashians and branded it the "most senseless thing" she's ever seen.
Despite appearing on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, former Olympian Caitlyn didn't make the cut for the family's new series on Hulu and judging by Esther's comments, that's completely fine by her.
Speaking to the US Sun, the 96-year-old said: "I think that Kardashian show is the most senseless thing I have ever watched.
"But my two granddaughters, Kendall and Kylie, created it, and I love them dearly. They’re my blood.
"And my four step-grandchildren — Kim, Kourtney, Khloé and Robert — feel like they’re mine, too."
Caitlyn had previously confessed that she had only found out about her exclusion from the show "through the press" after praising the family's TV deal.
As well as the apparent TV snub, Caitlyn was also left off the guest list for Kourtney Kardashian's lavish wedding to Travis Barker in Italy.
While reports suggested Caitlyn was shocked at the news, Esther believes she wasn't too bothered.
She continued: "I don’t know if [Caitlyn] even cares. It’s something we haven’t even discussed."
And Esther admitted Caitlyn's priorities were more focused on her political career.
The republican candidate ran in the 2021 California gubernatorial recall election but received a paltry 1 percent of the vote as Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom won the ballot.
However, it doesn't appear to have put her off and she's expressed an interest to run again in the future.
Esther added: "I fear for [her]. [Caitlyn] is a very strong person. [She] has a lot of courage.
“We’re very close. We probably talk three or four times a week. I have to live with whatever decisions [she] makes and support [her] in whatever [she] chooses to do. I’m not in control, but I think [she] would be putting [herself] in a dangerous position [if she runs for office again], so I’m not too sure."
In Thursday's upcoming episode of The Kardashians, viewers will see Kris Jenner be quizzed as to whether she secretly got married.
However, the momager denies the rumour. In the sneak peek of the episode, Khloe is seen chatting to her mother during a lunch date, about rumours she has got married to Corey.
Khloe quizzes: "Mom, I've heard from so many people that you're secretly married."
Her mum grins as she replies: "No, I'm not secretly married."
Khloe, who is left unconvinced, asks to see to mum's hand for a ring. But Kris only extends her left.
