Caelan Doris has signed a new deal to remain with Leinster.
Doris, 23, has developed into one of Ireland's key players 18 months out from the 2023 World Cup but, strangely, is not on a central IRFU contract.
Having missed last year's Six Nations due to concussive symptoms, the Ballina man returned ahead of the summer Tests and was the outstanding player in Andy Farrell's squad in the successful November series.
He started the first two games of this year's Six Nations at no 6, moving to no 8 for last Sunday's victory over Italy, which was his 15th Test appearance.
Leinster have also announced new deals for winger Jordan Larmour, who has returned to the province from Ireland camp to get some game time in Italy against Benetton on Saturday and is yet to play in this year's Six Nations.
Tommy O'Brien is another backline player who has earned a new deal with Leinster. O'Brien, a former Ireland under-20s captain, made a stand-out try saving tackle against the Lions last weekend at the RDS.
