Eden Prairie, Minnesota-based C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (CHRW) provides freight transportation and related logistics and supply chain services. Valued at a market cap of $12.2 billion, the company also distributes and markets fresh fruits, vegetables, and other value-added perishable items under the Robinson Fresh brand name. It is expected to announce its fiscal Q4 earnings results after the market closes on Wednesday, Jan. 29.
Ahead of its upcoming earnings report, analysts project the company to report a profit of $1.13 per share, up 126% from $0.50 per share in the year-ago quarter. The company has surpassed Wall Street's bottom-line estimates in three of the past four quarters while missing on another occasion.
