At the end of a week that saw its shock comeback to TV confirmed, we want to know just how much you remember about iconic Newcastle TV show Byker Grove.
It was back in 1989 that British TV viewers got a first look at what was to become the country's most famous youth club, as the Tyneside based show made its debut on CBBC. After becoming an instant hit, Byker Grove stayed on screen for close to 20 years, coming to an end in December 2006.
Over its 17 year stint on screen, Byker Grove made household names of the likes of Jill Halfpenny, Donna Air and not, forgetting its biggest stars, Ant and Dec. And now the duo are taking on roles as executive producers for the show's reboot. Rebranded as BYKER, the show is being brought back by Ant and Dec's Mitre Studios, together with Sunderland's Fulwell73.
