Manchester City youngster Rico Lewis scored on his full debut in tonight's Champions League clash with Sevilla. The 17-year-old was handed his first-ever senior start after a handful of cameos from the bench this season.
And he capped the occasion with a superb finish to level up the scores at 1-1 at the Etihad. Lewis burst into the box and fired home after a clever through ball by Julian Alvarez. Sevilla had taken a first half lead through Rafa Mir but Lewis restored parity and the delight was there for all to see in his celebrations.
The teenager from Bury became City 's youngest-ever goalscorer in the Champions League at aged 17 years and 346 days. Jude Bellingham - at 17 years and 289 days - is the only Englishman to score a UCL goal who was younger.
Here is a sprinkling of comments from the City fanbase.
