I've been to Glamis a handful of times throughout my life, and each time it gets better. There's something almost spiritual about the dunes. Especially at sunset, with the sun fading in the background, the heat rising off the sands, and a batshit UTV behind you. It's a special place, indeed.
And during those times, I've spent most of them housed in tents or makeshift camps. Which is fine, for a spell, but nothing you'd want to really write home about.
But what if you could live at Glamis? What if you could hit the dunes in the morning, stay out until sunset, and then head home a few miles down the road where a comfy bed awaits? Where a fully-stocked garage and workshop would allow you to fix whatever you broke out on the dunes? Where more UTVs sit waiting to be ripped?
Well, if you have a cool $15 million, that dream could be made into reality thanks to this property that's just come onto the market. Oh yeah, did I mention if you buy it, you also get a whopping 10 Polaris RZR RS1s? Cause it does!

First found by our friends over at UTV Driver, the property is currently for sale on Zillow. The 400-acre compound comes complete with an 8,144 square-foot fully furnished house, a 2,100 square-foot game room, as well as a private airstrip, multiple hangars, and a half-mile racetrack.
There's also a main garage, a caretaker's house and garage, and a massive 7,200 square-foot shop. But that's not all!

Included in the sale are the aforementioned 10 Polaris RZR RS1s, a garage "filled with kid-size Razors, quads, and riding gear," as well as 13 sand cars, and "numerous tractors (Caterpillar, Massey, John Deere, Case, etc.), water trucks, Kubota utility vehicles, Kawasaki Mules, and other equipment are included." Essentially, you could hand over the $15 million and be ready to outfit either your entire extended family or run the whole place like a corporate retreat for those who love to shred sand.
What might turn you off, even though we're all playing with fake money, is the annual tax assessment which is $700,000 a year. Woof. However, there's no HOA to yell at you for making too much noise. And the property butts up against Glamis, which means you wouldn't have to leave your land to get to some of the world's best sand riding.
So pluses and minuses. But are you going to do it? Will you pull the trigger, nab yourself the coolest property out there, 10 new RZRs, and become king of Glamis?
