To the delight of many across the country, Busted have announced that they will be heading back out on the road to celebrate their 20th anniversary. Charlie Simpson, Matt Willis and James Bourne will embark on a UK tour on 15 dates in September.
The band, who release their debut self-titled album in 2002, has promised that this tour will be a “favourite” for Busted fans. The trio are also set to release a new album which features some of their biggest hits, remixed with a number of guest stars including Simple Plan and All Time Low.
The first track, Loser Kid 2.0, will be released on April 14. Tickets for the tour, which also includes dates in Plymouth, Cardiff, Swansea, Bournemouth, Brighton, Birmingham, London, Bridlington, Nottingham, Leeds, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Liverpool and Manchester, go on general sale on Friday, March 31.

Seating plan for Busted in Newcastle
Released by the Utilita Arena and Ticketmaster, it looks as if there will be plenty of seating for fans with knackered knees. However, the sprightly fans among us needn’t panic as there’s also a standing area right in front of the stage.
How much are tickets for Busted in Newcastle?
Tickets, which go on sale with Ticketmaster on Friday, March 31, range from £42.50 to £87.50. The full rundown of ticket prices are:
Ultimate Tickets (Referred to as the best seats) - £87.50
“Wow Pit” Standing tickets - £80.75
Premium reserved seating - £65
Reserved seating tier A - £53.75
Reserved seating tier B - £42.50
There will be added service and booking fees to be added on top, so budget a little extra for tickets if you are hoping to snap them up.
When do tickets go on sale?
General tickets go on sale on Friday, March 31 at 9am - but there are opportunities to get them earlier for any Busted mega-fans. An artist pre-sale, for those signed up to Busted’s newsletter, as well as O2 Priority went live at 9am this morning via Ticketek.
The second presale via the Utilita Arena launches at 9am on Thursday, March 30 - Ticketmaster advises that anyone eligible for a venue presale will be sent a direct link via email, and should sign up to the venue's mailing list for more information. And the third and final presale, via Ticketmaster, launches at the same time of 9am on Thursday - according to the site, anyone who is eligible for the presale will again receive an email beforehand with a link they can use for access.
