Businesses on a busy street in Falkirk town centre have been flooded after heavy rain turned roads into rivers.
Emergency services have rushed to Cockburn Street, behind the Howgate Shopping Centre, where torrents of water are pouring down the road and into properties.
The alarm was raised at around midday with locals reporting water almost up to their knees at one point.

At least two shops are believed to have been hit, but the extent of the damage is not known at this stage.
Picture and video footage from the scene show teams of firefighters using hydraulic pumps as they work to reduce the water level.
The nearby Howgate Shopping Centre remains unaffected and open.

Emma Gray runs Emma Gray Photography on Cockburn Street and told Falkirk Live: "I was called about the flooding at around 12pm, and it was really bad when I first got here.
"The water was just rushing past my shop and almost touching my knees.
"Thankfully because of the position of my shop, it's not been hit, but the poor beautician next door had some water getting in.

"Thank was mostly caused by cars trying to drive through the floods and causing a tidal wave."
No-one id believed to have been injured.
