The building that a bus smashed into last night is to be assessed today following a crash that saw six people rushed to hospital.
A truck and a coach collided at Stewarton cross during rush hour yesterday.
The Stagecoach single-decker then collided with a building on the corner of the busy intersection.
The bus had to be removed by a specialist team last night and now the structural integrity of the building will be scrutinised following the crash.
The coach hit The Deli at One, a popular sandwich shop in the town's Main Street.
The Deli at One posted on Facebook last night that the shop was closed at the time and staff and customers had all left the building.
The post read: "Evening everyone, as many of you know there was a bad accident involving the deli this afternoon. Just to let you all know we will be closed tomorrow while the building is being assessed, then I will update everyone what is happening.
"Thankfully we had left the building and no one was outside the shop when the bus hit! We are just so thankful no one was seriously hurt. Buildings can be fixed, people are more important.
"I want to thank everyone for their offers of help and messages it means the world. Please don’t think we are been rude if I haven’t replied it’s been hectic."
