Burger King has announced a new menu item, currently available in Scottish branches only.
We've been picked to trial their new King Nuggets - a new twist on an old favourite. Available now to order, in restaurants and on the app, the addition could be seen on menus in other countries if successful with Scots, reports the Daily Record.
Made using a new recipe, Burger King's King Nuggets are packed with 100 per cent "succulent, juicy chicken breast" and coated in crispy golden breadcrumbs. Customers can get their hands on a portion of six, nine, or twenty golden nugs.

What’s more, Burger King app users can bag a portion of 20 of the new nuggets for just £3.99 for a tasty deal. Those who download the app can get even more discounts through the brand's loyalty scheme.
Available only on the app, YourBurgerKing rewards allows customers to earn points with every order, which can be exchanged for menu items. Those who order through the Burger King app can earn 10 points for every £1 spent
