It has been an historic day in Westminster as Boris Johnson announced he was standing down as Prime Minister and Conservative Party leader. It comes after dozens of resignations from Government ministers, including several secretaries of state, over his leadership.
Just like many people who have had a stressful day, you would not necessarily blame Boris from wanting to tuck into some comfort food. And given 10 Downing Street's location within Westminster, there will be plenty of fast food outlets for the PM to choose from.
However, one fast food giant has given him a bit a funny helping hand by sending him a message. Before his announcement earlier this afternoon (July 7), Burger King sent a truck down to the Houses of Parliament.

Pictured on Westminster Bridge this morning, a sign on the side of the vehicle read: "Turns Out There Is Such A Thing As Too Many Whoppers." It also featured the Burger King logo and was designed to look like a number 10, referring to the PM's home address.
A press release from the fast food chain added that they are the "real home of the Whopper". It is unclear whether Boris opted for a cheeky Burger King dinner tonight, but you probably cannot blame him if he did.
