The glass door of a popular fast food restaurant in Nottingham city centre was smashed in the early hours. Officers were called to Burger King in Exchange Walk on Sunday morning, March 26.
Police attended shortly after 2am following reports of a disturbance. A photo of the aftermath on Sunday evening shows the damaged door.
A suspect was traced, Nottinghamshire Police said. All parties have agreed to settle the matter out of court, the force said.

A Nottinghamshire Police spokesman said: “Officers attended Burger King, in Exchange Walk, Nottingham, shortly after 2am on Sunday (26 March) following reports of a disturbance.
“Upon arrival, officers found a glass door had been smashed. A suspect was traced and all parties have agreed to settle the matter out of court.”
