The Oxford Pub in Bulwell is set to reopen its doors at 10am tomorrow after it had been forced to close due to a fire on its roof.
The landlords of the pub on Highbury Road had previously said they were left stunned when they walked outside and saw 'a bouquet of flames from the rooftop' earlier this month.
Firefighters from across the county had been called to The Oxford as the fire ripped through its roof.
But a message on its Facebook page today read: "So tomorrow I will be waiting for you all with a big smile on my face to welcome you all back.
"The Oxford will be re-opened at 10am serving food and alcohol."
At the time of the fire, Andy and Deborah Saylor, the couple behind the venue, said repairs had been carried out on the roof when the pub caught fire.
Describing how the dramatic incident unfolded, Mrs Saylor said: “We were inside the pub, just waiting for customers.
“It all kicked off at around 10.30 on Wednesday, January 19.
“We went outside and we saw a bouquet of flames from the rooftop.”
Pictures showed the pub well alight.
Three fire engines were called out to the incident.
